Issue 6 is coming up soon and an amazing year at the wheel of this thing will be under our belt. Time fuckin flies. Can't believe how much shit has gone down in one short year. And year two is gonna spin some heads with some of the stuff we're cookin up.

To give something back to the people that make the mag better we came up with a plan. One random lucky bastard that sends in something that gets used in the next issue will be entered to take home a years worth of mags and goodies. That's Issue 1 through 6 and some other random treats.

People ask us all the time if we have any copies of Issue 1 left. Well here ya go.

Came across this beaut at the Baltimore show. It was like brand new, complete with every little fuzz and the money went to charity. The mag forked out the loot and no one deserved it like our main man Tim for busting his ass. He was stoked to get it, keep it safe and show it proper respect in the lab. What were the chances to find the original that Savage Ben Savage used as a muse. It was meant to be and found a good home.

Issue 5 with a 100% more technicolor cover should be hitting your door step at any moment...

So, we split Thursday night at 11 PM and headed SOUTH....... ridin' dirty (cause I thought that was how you had to ride to FL).....

We made it in the next day around 4 PM and headed to Benji's shop...... drank some beers and got STUPID..... at Billy's request we headed straight to Benji's neighborhood hang out.... coincidentally named Bill's Filling Station........ let me just say that shirts came off because it felt like the right thing to do............. lots of shirtless dudes there........ Tyler felt left out so she picked Wee Man up to prove how tuff she was and the rest is history.......... People got mad.... shit got WEIRD........ haha.......

The next day we woke up at the crack of 10 with a couple hours sleep under our belts and hit the CIRCUS Bowl for the main event..... let me just say the people who run the bowl were amazing and the bowl is sick...... a LOT of people came out...... the show was packed....... we raffled some shit off..... sold some mags...... drank a lot of beers........... it was a good time..... thanks to everyone who came out.......

I took a shot of the Red Bull truck because it was like a fucking transformer........

Hell, Billy even managed to shoot a radical chopper for a future issue........

Then we caught wind of a magical place where some genius took a Sam's Club (for anyone who doesn't know that's a HUGE box store big enough to fit like 20 tractor trailers inside) and turned it into a STRIP CLUB....... the rumors were true and soon we found ourselves at the end of the neon colored rainbow acting....... well, retarded........... it was a good night.............

Billy and Jay were intrigued......

The trip was amazing and we only had one minor spill but luckily Billy was able to ride his bike fakie through the intersection to safety.......................

I'm tired.......

It's official. Friday, December 16th, Show Class Holiday Orgy, Issue 4 & Calendar Release Party & the Vag Jam.

A couple of guys have been putting on a party in the city called the Vag Jam for the past 5 years. They have some dirty rock and roll provided by the Screaming Rattlers, some crude comedy acts, free vibrators for every lady that shows up, and Risque provides the Go-Go show. SO... after they did all of the hard work, we jammed our thing into theirs and Gorgeous George made up a sexy flyer for it. If you're in the Philly area try to make it. We have no idea what to expect except a good time when the boys all get together. If it's a bit too cold for you to want to ride, get on 4 wheels come anyway. We will have plenty of copies of Issue 4 and Calendars, and there really is nothing like half neked ladies and libations with good friends around the holidays to warm the soul.

A few weeks ago we had a little late release party for Issue 3.... well, not that late since a bunch of the mags were late.... anyways..... we went to Brooklyn, saw family, saw friends old and new and generally had a fucking blast........ Vander set up a sick jam at Lady Jay's..... Thus far every person that I have heard from has been understanding about the problem and stoked on our solution.... I think we are being as fucking stand-up as we can......

We've been working hard as hell on Issue 4 AND the CALENDAR.....

Both are gonna kinda blow minds.....

I know we've been a little mysterious about the calendar... so, I decided to share a little so everyone could see what we've been doing.....

So, to start, the CALENDAR is gonna have 2 COVERS..... just rad shop art for you to hang when 2012 is over........ We couldn't decide which art we liked better so we said, "fuck it" and went with both......

Each month, besides being kept up to speed on all the important dates (including Arbor Day and David Allen Coe's birthday) we're gonna give you a little inspiration.... both to be in and out of the shop......

Bikes........

Chicks........... And man, has this part been tough..... hahahaha.....

And if that ain't enough we are gonna give you some useful shop charts...... drill/ tap chart, metric to standard tire conversion charts, carb breakdowns............

We decided to print only 1,000 of these things..... so, just like Issue 1 get them while they're HOT..... they are selling fast.....

They will be IN YOUR HANDS BEFORE x-mas.... or Kwanza if you prefer..........

She's a puppy but already into the job...... problem is we got her as a rescue and her name SUCKS..... so, we are looking for a GOOD name....... either funny (like Porkchop - my Boston) or cool.... or tough (not 2Pac tough or gay like Capone)..... something catchy and cool.....

I am also working on the CALENDAR.... Issue 3 Update

A lot of guys are telling us that they still haven’t gotten their magazines. Trust me, this pisses us off more than anyone. We bust our ass to make shit happen.

We got tired of waiting like the rest of you and Tim decided yesterday to dig deep into it until he got some solid answers, but what we found out didn’t exactly help the situation. The post office idiots told us that they are “probably” still in the works, after being paid for and dropped off fucking weeks ago… and they couldn’t even say for sure that the entire batch from that office wasn’t “misplaced”. What the FUCK. What now, wait more and possibly have a bunch of people get nothing but bummed out? FUCK NO.

We also found out there was only a problem with issues and subscriptions from between certain dates that went to that post office. That’s why some people got them already but not all. We came up with a plan to take the extra ones we had printed and stop waiting and mail out an entire second round. This is gonna cost us a ton of time and loot but we always said we weren’t in it for the money and if we lose our supporters… we have nothing. If and when you get two copies of Issue 3 in the mail, please pass it on to a friend.

We also have a cool little treat in the works that we were going drop in the store next month but decided it may be better serving a different purpose and help clear the air and show our thanks. The ‘To the Grave’ Air Freshener will go out to each and every person that coughed up for a subscription by Thanksgiving. We will send them out with Issue 4 which should be in the mail the first week of December. Just in time for the holidays.

Problems are going to happen no matter what you do, but it’s how you handle them and what you do to make it right. Thanks so much for your rock solid support and understanding. Clarke & Tim

Just to give you guys an update on the mag.....

Things are going FUCKING AWESOME.... thanks to EVERYONE who has bought a copy of the mag or some swag... or just given us their support...... we really appreciate it!

All of the copies of Issue 3 that are sold are IN THE MAIL.... some have arrived and I'm sure some will be lost.... but they are all in the sometimes capable hands of the USPS....

We got swamped for a minute.... but I guess that's a good place to be in considering a few months ago this was just an idea.....

Starting Over

A brother of mine recently found himself without a home. He's been crashing with me and for a bit and I know he'll be fine, he's a strong dude. It reminded me of almost a decade ago when I went through the miracle of divorce, left almost everything i've accumulated in 20 some long years and had to start over. It's not an easy time but its a chance to start clean and make your own choices again. I'm not saying give up, but never fucking give it all up for something that brings you down.

We have a couple of posters that have real minor blems up for grabs. If youre in a similar shitty situation and have a kid, I really fuckin feel for you man. Always try to do what you can for your little one, they need it the most. We can't do much but if you email me your info and we will send you out some art for your new pad to class up the joint. To remind you of freedom, brotherhood, support and the road ahead. And so you can have some shit on the wall to impress that new lady with your superior level of sophistication. Before she comes over just remember to clean the pisser, unload your meat gun, have some Boons farm wine in the ice box, and show some class. Nature will do the rest.

Here's to the adventure of making all new mistakes. Push on, try to make good choices and hang in there. Life's short, fuckin live it up.

So we were talking about how much we dig when people show support to all of this and share their passions and how it makes the mag so much more that we could ever make it alone. From shots of their chicks, shots of their bikes, personal stories… shots of their chicks. And then we were talking about how we could do something more with em, and it was that easy. Fuck it, let’s make us a Show Class calendar. If there is even a chance that the world is going to end next year, you should probably make what could be the last calendar you ever own a good one, or... one of ours.

If you want to be a part of it, email your high res photos to info@showclassmag.com by Sunday, October 16th. They don't have to be all about the skin, but it never does hurt, bikes may help too. If you've seen the mag you know they don't have to be real fancy but don't be afraid to get creative. After all, we don't just want to make another version of the same old shit. Slightly professional, completely amateur, advertiser and contributor submissions are all very welcome. We're then going to pick our favorites and make a piece of history, kinda.

Anyone that sends in a photo that gets used as a main shot will find themselves with a free calendar and bonus year subscription to boot. Anyone that sends in a photo that gets used at all will get a free calendar, you know, to show the grandkids that nana was hot before she got all saggy and pops had a cool bike.
