Hard Times

Choppaconomics- the act of taking care of our brothers when things get tough while our government bends us over and ass fucks us with a whale cock.

Last year I got laid off with no warning after 11 years with no chance to collect unemployment. Long story but it got real hard real fast. This past winter I had to sell my pan that I had for 7 years and turned almost every nut and bolt on. Countless miles and memories. It was real hard but when they came looking for me, started to turn shit off with Christmas and no heat just around the corner and a kid that I love more than my own life or freedom, it along with a lot of other stuff had to go. Things are finally turning around but I still dont have a bike, just a pile of traded or donated parts and good friends with loaners. The point it I know how much it sucks and how hard it can be. Money aint shit. Things arent shit. She said it was one of her favorite Christmas's ever, she didnt know the old man was broke and almost broken, I know who my lifer frinds are and I know what I can get through like I never have before. And thats the shit.

I know I never would have been able to order something like this unnecessary thing we are doing but would have wanted to check it out. Which brings us to the point of all of this. We have about a dozen mags with minor defects. If you email us we will hook up those that passed on buying one because they flat out couldnt afford it. Its our way of making some less than perfect shit available to people that would really appreciate it in this economic toilet we are all floating in. So PLEASE only email us if things are real fuckin tough. If not you will be taking a copy from someone that is going through some hard times and thats a scum fuck move thats not cool. First come first serviced.

hang in there

HOLY SHIT,,,you have no idea how kool it is to hear a story with all most the same fuckin senerio, i worked at my last job for close to ten years got let go with no way to collect unemployment, plus i thought i would find another gig quick,,,,huh, how stupid was I. in a heart beat i went for having a rigid 71BSA,cafed 72triumph,and my ol'ladys 71 yamaha2stroke which by the way always stold my beezrs&triumphs thunder, anyways to having zero bikes. I'v got two awsome kids whom i'd do anything for and a lovely wife whom is the only reason we stay afloat, a homie of mine has been able to come through with some side gigs to stay afloat, and ever since then i'v come across a old school suzuki bratstyle a 03sporty also bratstyle to a 99evo rigid kickstart, so just when i thought things where gunna look up i'd have to sale them all,but like you said homies and family are so much more than all that other crap, just thankful that my kiddos are healthy and doing well, screw the rest. anyways THANK SO MUCH for posting that,i sometimes get selfish and think im the only one going through things then i hear this and wake up out of my pitty party, thanks homie, you guys run a great mag and blog keeping thing real keep up the good work! CHEERS!!!!!

That's good stuff man. In this time of "gotta have more, gotta get more, gotta make more...", it's encouraging to know there are folks out there who are willing to give up a little bit to help out a brother or sister in need. Even something as seemingly insignificant as a free chopper mag can at least lift up a spirit for a while.

Good on you Clarke, and thank you for your generosity to those who might need it!

Stand up shit dude! If our generation keeps helping eaching other out and busting our knuckles, backs, and minds, this fucking country has got to get better. (By helping each other, I don't mean the government handouts, I'm talking real deal, help pick a brother up when he's down on his luck but trying to work through it with all he's got.)
Hope to shake your hand one day. Stand up folks are hard to come by these days. Stay Up!
